Terms and conditions

1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between DT Diamond Tools Austria GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Supplier’) and its customers via the website www.diamond-tools.at. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognised unless the Supplier expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. A contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Provider.

3. Prices and payment
The terms of payment can be found in the offer, the order confirmation and the invoice. The supplier reserves the right to charge the customer reminder fees in the event of non-compliance with the terms of payment.

4. Delivery and shipping
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
For products from our product portfolio, the completion time is 10 working days. For custom-made products, the terms agreed in the order confirmation apply. Shipping takes place daily; the relevant details can be requested or discussed at our office. If faster deliveries are required, agreements can be made as part of a joint partner project.

5. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply. In the event of defects, the customer may demand rectification or replacement delivery. If this fails, the customer is entitled to a reduction in price or withdrawal from the contract.
