Our Tools

are laser-welded for the majority of cases (exceptions are possible) and manufactured using state-of-the-art technology.

Protective segments
Cutting abrasive materials such as fresh concrete or asphalt can damage the core. To prevent this, we use so-called protective segments.
Protective segments are higher than normal segments. The core is equipped with several protective segments to provide maximum protection for the welding seams.

Negative Cutting Angle

Circular saw blades have cutting segments with a positive cutting angle (material chips are cut out).

In diamond saw blades, the diamond crystals in the bonding matrix create a negative cutting angle (the diamond crystals grind the material in the same way a chisel would).
